I hold endless compassion and encouragement for you. I believe parenting is the hardest and deepest work in a lifetime. I am here to hold you and guide you. We will be learning how to feel in this work so we can allow more feelings with our kids.

Evidence Based Education

I provide resources, education, science, and information that I believe will support you on your journey. I will invite you to open your mind and your heart to new ways of thinking about parenting.

Attachment Science

All humans are relational beings. Our early attachment to our caregivers is predictive of our lifelong attachment patterns (to friends, romantic partners, work relationships, and more). I help you integrate and embody this research so you can foster healthy attachment in yourself & your kids.

Every child & family comes with a unique set of needs and map. I am not here to diagnose or tell you what to do. I am here to lead you to your deepest truth & knowing so that you can always access it.
